Job Title: District Producer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic District Producer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating production activities across multiple locations within a designated district. This role requires a strong leader who can ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to optimize efficiency across all locations and projects.
- Manage and supervise production staff, providing leadership, training, and motivation to ensure a high-performance work environment.
- Work closely with upper management to align production strategies with company objectives.
- Maintain effective communication with team members, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement cost-control measures to maintain budget integrity while achieving production goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the district's production units.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in production management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a production management role, preferably within a multi-location or district-level capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in production management software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to travel as needed within the district.
