**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of production processes to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Conduct detailed process analyses, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and R&D teams to ensure processes are effectively integrated and aligned with company goals.

**Qualifications:**
